I have 30 years of experience in reputed research organizations and working as Head of Statistical Cell at IIIT Hyderabad. I had worked in the Research Center for eGovernance (RCeG) and Outreach Division at IIIT Hyderabad for 15 years before that; and, associated with 15 years at Center for Economic and Social Studies
(CESS), Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI) and ICRISAT in the past.
My research interests are Public Policy, eGovernance, Public Service Delivery and Inter-disciplinary approach using ICT applications in the public sector. I am the recipient of ‘Best Paper Award’ for my research paper on ‘Measuring Sustainability in eGovernance Projects’ and edited a book (1) Digital Empowerment: A Cornerstone for eGovernance and Co-editor for four books – (2) eGovernance Initiatives in India (3) Envisioning Digital India (4) Digital India in Action and, (5) Leveraging Technology towards Digital Transformation.
