·         Instrumental in starting PG programs with Research Center and getting accreditation for institute

• Was elected as Member of BOS (2000-2005), Chairman of Board of Studies (BOS) in Production and Industrial Engineering, Savitribai Phule Pune University (2005-2010). Again elected as Member BOS and Faculty of Engineering (October 2010-2015) and Chairman BOS (2017-2022)
• Ex-Member Board of Studies (Production Engineering) of Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University
• Guided over 50 UG projects and 8 ME (Production) projects so far

·         Recognized as PhD guide by various Universities, seven candidates have completed PhD and four students are currently registered for PhD under his guidance

·         Published 35 Research papers in various journals and 83 papers in various National and International conferences.

·         Visited UK, Ireland, Bangladesh and The Netherlands for presenting papers at International Conferences

·         Visited six reputed universities in the USA under the Indo-US collaboration for Engineering Education (IUCEE) and signed MoU with two of them.

·         Attended Global Engineering Deans Council (GEDC) conference during October 20-22, 2011 at University of Peking, Bejing, China

·         Attended International Interactive workshop on Effective Academia Leadership Strategies at SEGi University, Malaysia during December 2013

·         Received Jeevan Gaurav Puraskar (2009) for work done in the field of education from Deshastha Rigvedi Sanstha, Nashik, India

·         Awarded “Shikshak Gaurav Pursar” by Sarvajanik Vachanalaya, Nashik on occasion of Teachers Day 2011 in Nashik, India

·         Worked as Session chair for various National/ International Conferences

·         Member of Editorial Board and Reviewer of reputed National and International Journals
