Dr. Dahleez is an esteemed Associate Professor and Dean of the College of Business Administration at A'Sharqiyah University in Oman. Dr. Dahleez has a PhD in management and over 20 years of academic and professional experience, holding several managerial positions within the academic sector in different countries. He has been the director of planning & development, quality assurance, research affairs, community service, and internship sections. He has also been involved in several program and institutional accreditation assignments in Oman & Palestine. His academic expertise covers various courses, including Advanced Project Management, Strategic Management, Marketing Strategy, Business Research Methods, and Entrepreneurship: Theory & Practice. In addition to teaching MBA students, he has over 15 years of experience instructing undergraduate students in courses such as Project Management, TQM, Supply Chain Management, Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurial Strategy & Innovation, Introduction to Business, Small Business Management, Strategic Resources Management, and Organizational Theory. Dr. Dahleez also has an impressive publication record, having authored over 40 articles in reputable peer-reviewed journals. Moreover, he has supervised and examined Master's degree students for over ten years and served as a reviewer for more than 60 established journals across various countries. Beyond academia, Dr. Dahleez has a record of professional experience in strategic management, fundraising, and overseeing development projects funded by international donors. He has facilitated workshops and community contributions in fields related to Strategy Development, Small Business Development, Business Start-ups, Business Incubation, Entrepreneurship, and Research Development.
