Leticia Castano is currently Leader of educational innovation at Tecnologico de Monterrey where she develops and implements innovation projects for the institution's students. She holds 2 Bachelor's degrees one in Education and the second one in Computer Systems, as well as a Master's degree in Administration of Educational Institutions. She is certified in Innovation Management and has been a judge in the prestigious QS Reimagine Education Awards since 2021. She has published articles on Telepresence with hologram effect, Personalized learning and Adaptative learning in prestigious academic journals, and has won several prizes with innovation projects in the QS Reimagine Awards. She has promoted educational development in Mexico through programs for teachers and school administrators from grades K-12 to graduate programs.
