Firm experience in public policy, government and regulatory affairs, development, project management, internal control, finance, people, communication, and stakeholder relations. 


Academic Qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy, Doctor of Business Administration, Master of Business Administration, Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies, B.Com (Law), BBA, and a range of Diplomas and Higher Certificates in the fields of Occupationally Directed Education and Training Development Practice, Labour Relations, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Labour Law etc.


Currently employed as the Managing Director of the Independent Institute of Educations Rosebank College. A serving member of the South African Qualifications Authority Board, the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations - Occupational Qualifications, Assessment and Certification Committee (OQACC), and the Higher Education Quality Committee (HEQC) of the Council on Higher Education. A former member of the Higher Health Technical Task Team (TTT) on Gender-Based Violence and the DHET Future Professors Programme (FPP), National Advisory Board and the DHET Coordinating Committee for Mutual Recognition of Qualifications, DHET - South African National Resource Centre for the First-Year Experience and Students in Transition (SANRC) Advisory Board, the ETDP SETA (HE - Chamber) Board, the Services SETA Board, and a DoJ&CD Audit committee member.

Passionate about social impact initiatives, transformative enablement, diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and social justice. A published author, thought leader, regular media guest, and speaker at industry conferences.
