Associate Professor Ling Mei Cong is an experienced executive in higher education and an expert on curriculum design in business and law. Ling Mei is a recipient of both international and national teaching awards, including the 2023 QS-Warton Immersive Experiential Learning Gold Medal and the 2022 citation for contributions to student learning awarded by the Australian Awards for University Teaching (AAUT). She is currently the Deputy Dean, Learning and Teaching, at the Graduate School of Business and Law, RMIT University. 

Ling Mei has over 20 years of experience in universities working in universities across the Asia Pacific region. Her main research areas include technology-enhanced learning, corporate governance, financial reporting quality, and sustainability reporting. Her publications appear in leading journals including, for example, Technovation, Accounting Education, and Journal of Strategic Marketing. 

Ling Mei is committed to advancing digital pedagogies and innovative teaching methods. Her recent projects include virtual reality roleplay for soft skills development, gamification, and the development of a virtual assistant. Her impact in higher education is evident through her interviews and media appearances, including those in Harvard Business Publishing Education, Australia Financial Review, and AACSB Insights.
