Liudmyla Omelchuk is an Associate Professor at the Department of Theory and Technology of Programming at the Faculty of Computer Science and Cybernetics, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Since 2021, she has been the Guarantor of the Bachelor's Educational Program in Computer Science and Chair of the Scientific-Methodological Committee at the faculty. In May 2024, Ludmyla was appointed Deputy Dean for Academic and Methodological Affairs. She is also an expert with the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance in Ukraine, contributing to the development and enhancement of IT education in Ukraine.
