Specialist in the area of ​​Science and Technology applied to education, with more than 38 years of professional experience in the areas of Computing, Electronics, Electricity and in the academic world as a Secondary, Technological and University Education Teacher in Public and Private institutions. He has participated as Speaker, Moderator, Organizer and Assistant in National and International events. Currently I am dedicated to scientific research and university management, I am a teacher in master's and doctoral programs in education and I serve as national head of the Quality Management area at the Graduate School of the César Vallejo University.
