Professor and Master in Education, with a focus on Educational Management from the Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador. Lecturer in undergraduate and postgraduate schools at UPEL - Instituto de Mejoramiento Profesional del Magisterio since 2016. Active member of the Paraguaná Educational Research Center and PhD candidate in Educational Sciences at the Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín – Venezuela. Experience as a career teacher and in the management of educational institutions. Member of the Network of Teachers of Latin America and the Caribbean (REDDOLAC) and currently developing research work under the line of Social, Educational and Community Processes using a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative).
As a University Professor at the Universidad Tecnológica del Perú, I am dedicated to imparting knowledge in Process Management and Creativity and Innovation, integrating my Master's degree in Management from the Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador. Our work in the classroom focuses on developing critical and creative competencies in future professionals, fostering significant and applied learning.
My career is enriched by active participation in the Paraguaná Educational Research Center and my current doctoral studies in Educational Sciences, which reflects my commitment to excellence and applied research in education. In collaboration with our teams, we promote innovative educational processes that respond to current social and community challenges.
