Prof. Razek earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Montreal in 2004, receiving the Best Paper Award at the World Wide Web Conference 2003. As a postdoctoral fellow at NSERC, Canada, he developed intelligent algorithms for retail databases. At Azhar University, Egypt, he led IT infrastructure projects and established 17 e-learning centers nationwide. In Saudi Arabia, he contributed to King Abdulaziz University's e-learning initiatives, earning the UNIQUe Certification and the KAU Excellence Award.
