Dr. Monica Beane, NBCT, is the Head of Educational Partnerships for the Praxis Program at ETS.  She leads the external-facing Praxis DEP team for North America, managing the Praxis portfolio in over 43 states and territories and providing strategic leadership for pursuing market share in non-Praxis states.

Dr. Beane's diverse educational experience spans teaching, school leadership, and state-level administration across the United States. She launched the AWS Machine Learning University Educator Enablement Program reaching over 800 institutions and created an educator advisory board to drive adoption of emerging tech in community colleges, HBCU and MSI.

As the Head of Educational Partnerships at ETS, she continues to champion equitable access to highly effective educators and programs, regardless of geographical location. She leverages her diverse background to drive impactful change in education.  She is an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and has published works on project-based learning, leadership development, game design, and education technology.
