Dr. Nafees Mansoor is an accomplished academic and researcher, currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB). In addition, he holds the position of Director of the Faculty Research Office at ULAB, where he plays a key role in advancing research and fostering academic growth across the university.

Dr. Mansoor earned his Ph.D. in Communication Systems from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), where his doctoral research focused on cognitive radio ad-hoc networks, a cutting-edge area in wireless communications. He also holds an M.Sc. in Telecommunication Engineering and a B.Sc. in Computer Science, equipping him with a broad and interdisciplinary foundation for his research and teaching.

His research interests span a diverse range of fields, including wireless communication, pervasive networks, distributed computing, and educational technology (EdTech). Over the years, Dr. Mansoor has built a prolific body of work, publishing extensively in reputed international journals and conferences. His contributions have earned him multiple accolades, including Best Paper Awards at various prestigious forums. Dr. Mansoor is also actively involved in the academic community as an Associate Editor for IEEE Access, where he ensures the dissemination of high-quality research in his fields of expertise. Additionally, he regularly serves as a Technical Program Committee (TPC) chair, track chair, and session chair for a number of respected international conferences, shaping discussions and knowledge sharing within his research domains.
