As the Dean of a B-School for Women in Hyderabad, I bring over 20 years of academic experience to lead our institution toward excellence. My focus is on building a dynamic team, promoting programs, nurturing talent, and fostering leadership in young women. I’m passionate about research, contributing to top journals like Elsevier and HBR, and hold credentials from Harvard University and the University of Hyderabad.
I ensure we meet high standards set by NBA, NAAC, AACSB, and EFMD, and design innovative PGDM curricula. I also forge international collaborations, providing students with global learning opportunities. My goal is to empower the next generation of leaders.
I am Dr. Samala, an academician with over 20 years of experience in business education. As the Dean of a B-School for Women in Hyderabad, I have dedicated myself to establishing our institution as a beacon of academic excellence and leadership.
I hold a Ph.D. from the University of Hyderabad and a Graduate Certificate from Harvard University. My passion for research drives me to contribute to top-tier journals such as Elsevier and HBR, where I serve as a Guest Editor and Reviewer.
In my role as Dean, I focus on building a dynamic team, promoting our programs, and nurturing leadership qualities among young women. Ensuring adherence to the highest standards set by accreditation bodies like NBA, NAAC, AACSB, and EFMD is a critical part of my responsibilities. I also take pride in designing innovative Management and Business Administration curricula and forging international collaborations to provide our students with invaluable global learning opportunities.
My commitment is to empower the next generation of women leaders and drive our institution towards continued academic excellence.
