Dr. Najeeb Ullah is an accomplished academic and researcher in the field of computer science, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the University of Engineering and Technology, Mardan, Pakistan since February 2021. He has also served as Director Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) from March 2021 to March 2024. With a robust background in both teaching and research, Dr. Najeeb has made significant contributions to the academic community and beyond.
Professional Experience
Before joining the University of Engineering and Technology, Dr. Najeeb held the position of Associate Professor at CECOS University of IT and Emerging Sciences in Peshawar from June 2019 to February 2021. His career at CECOS University began as an Assistant Professor from February 2014 to May 2019. He also served CECOS University as Chairman Department of Computer Science from June 2014 to April 2019. During his tenure at these institutions, he has been deeply involved in teaching a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, supervising numerous MS theses and BS final year design projects, and playing a pivotal role in curriculum design and laboratory setup.
Dr. Najeeb has also led and contributed to several impactful research projects, notably on Alzheimer’s disease prediction and online examination systems, collaborating with international universities such as the University of Guangdong, China, and the University of Sarawak, Malaysia.
