Nancy Santiago is a driven and accomplished engineer with a passion for innovation, a commitment to lifelong learning, and a distinguished academic career. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and a Master of Engineering, majoring in Manufacturing Engineering. Nancy is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering Management, further expanding her expertise and leadership capabilities.

A dedicated member of the Bulacan State University faculty since 2004, Nancy has consistently taken on roles demonstrating her leadership and commitment to quality education. She was the Director of the Alumni Relations Office from 2017 to 2018, fostering strong connections between the university and its alumni. Her dedication to research excellence led her to serve as the Focal Person for the Engineering and Technology Area of Research for Bulacan State University from 2018 to 2019.

Recognizing the importance of quality assurance in higher education, Nancy served as Assistant Director (2018-2019) and then Director (2019-2023) of the Internal Quality Assurance Office. In these roles, she was pivotal in leading Bulacan State University to achieve several milestones, including a 100% accreditation rate for all programs offered in 2022, the prestigious Philippine Quality Award Level 3, and the distinguished Dark Green School Award.

Furthermore, Nancy spearheaded initiatives to enhance the university's global standing, successfully leading Bulacan State University to be listed in the Times Higher Education Impact Ranking, WURI Ranking, and UI GreenMetric World University Rankings.

Her academic background, visionary leadership, and unwavering commitment to excellence have positioned Nancy as a driving force in advancing Bulacan State University's reputation as a leading institution of higher learning.
