Owen is a passionate entrepreneur with a mission to revolutionise graduate employability.  He has dedicated the last 15 years to helping more than 30,000 students get started in their careers through the companies he founded: Gradability and Readygrad.  As Chief Employability Officer of Readygrad, he is focused on employability solutions for graduates, tertiary educators and employers looking to connect with early talent.  In 2022, Readygrad acquired the Ribit employment marketplace for students and grads to scale access to work experience and jobs. Owen holds an MBA from AGSM and is a member of Chartered Accountants ANZ.
