Patricia Vázquez-Villegas received a Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering in 2008 and a Sc.D. in Engineering in 2013 from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Monterrey, Mexico. She is a Research Professor at the Institute for the Future of Education at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where she has published over 50 indexed manuscripts. Dr. Vázquez-Villegas's research interests encompass community design thinking, socially oriented education, engineering education, STEM education, research skills, continuing education, and lifelong learning.
