As Head of Strategic Initiatives & Growth at Woxsen, she is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing high-impact projects that align with Woxsen's overall vision. She leads the Learner-Centered Innovation department, which works on development and execution of innovative learning solutions, focusing on enhancing student experiences and outcomes. In addition to this role, she serves as the In-House Legal Counsel, offering legal guidance on university operations and governance, while also teaching courses such as Business law. The department also handles the Ethics, Responsibility, and Sustainability (ERS) wing at Woxsen University, where she works to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary for a sustainable future.
