Rachel is the Director of Business Operations at Kaplan Testing Services.  The Test of English is used globally by English language schools, universities and by corporations as a selection tool when recruiting staff. She is also director of Kaplan’s University Placement Service.

Previously, she was Director of Kaplan’s pathway college in Bournemouth. Rachel began her career in education as an English teacher in Hungary, Japan and the UK.

Rachel is a member of the UCAS international advisory group and volunteers as an alumni mentor at Swansea University.

Throughout her career, Rachel has led initiatives that incorporate technology, project-based learning, and competency-based education, all aimed at enhancing learning outcomes and employability. She is passionate about identifying and fostering creative approaches that prepare students for the future of work and learning.
