Prior to joining academia, Dr. Ranjan Kumar had an enriching corporate stint in diverse leadership roles globally, working across strategy, corporate communication, project management, and consulting domains. Currently, he is a Professor of business communication at one of India's leading business schools, the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow.
His research interests include design and delivery of blended and e-learning programs, human-AI symbiosis in e-learning, personalization and gamification in learning experience design, and the dynamics of strategic 'interactions'. Dr. Kumar has published research papers in reputed peer-reviewed journals and regularly presents his research at prestigious international conferences.
