Rebecca is an award-winning learning developer, consultant and trainer, focusing on circular design thinking, STEAM learning and professional development for place-based learning. Alongside over 17 years experience in teaching and learning, she has worked as part of a consultant team in the United Arab Emirates, with a focus on developing curriculum and enhancing methodology in the STEM subject areas. She has experience in project management of small and large teams, facilitating groups through learning and reflection, and has presented a number of papers and journals globally on research, innovation and delivery of learning methodology designed to enhance outputs.

Co-Founder of Future Focus 21C, she develops learning experiences and opportunities that engage and inspire participants with design-thinking, sustainable solutions for their real-world problems, and delivering messages of sustainability in a way that is relevant and accessible. She is also the Learning Programme Advisor at The Ocean Race, developing global learning programmes and outreach on ocean health, rights and advocacy.
