ENGR REYNALDO P. RAMOS is the 9th President of TUP system and alumnus of the university. He is a civil engineer and environmental/urban planner. He completed a PhD Built Environment program at Ulster University, Northern Ireland, UK. He also took a MPhil degree major in Environmental Engineering at the University of Queensland (UQ), Australia; and MSc Urban Planning at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand.
