Associate Professor Rosanne Quinnell is a Plant Scientist and educator in the School of Life and Environment Sciences at the University of Sydney. Her contributions to teaching, research and governance are framed by the principles and practices of equity, diversity and inclusivity, environmental justice, and the democratisation of science. She holds multiple awards (international, national, institutional) for her contributions to Higher Education including a national citation for Botany teaching and learning, and two Australasian Green Gown awards for her sustainability initiatives. A/Professor Quinnell is an active member of the Sydney Indigenous Research Network, an academic advisor to University of Sydney Sustainability Strategy, and a Senior Fellow Higher Education Academy UK.
