DR. ROSELYN T. BUSTOS earned her Doctor of Arts in Literature and Communication from Cebu Normal University, her Master of Arts in English from University of San Jose Recoletos, and her Bachelor in Secondary Education major in English from Cebu State College. Her teaching stint started in private schools from 1994-2010 before joining the College of Arts and Sciences of Cebu Technological University (CTU) in 2011. At CTU, she started research and presented her papers at international conferences in Japan and New York City in 2015. She also writes literary works and has published some of her works to include Book of Quotes, Life's Portrait, A Retrospection and Odette.

               Currently, Dr. Bustos is an Associate Professor V and an accreditor of the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP). She was the University Director for Publication at Cebu Technological University from 2015- 2023. Recently, Dr. Bustos has been designated as the University Director for Instructional Materials and Publication. Having initiated the institution's accreditation as Book and e-Book Publisher in 2021 at the National Book Development Board in the Philippines, she aims to produce quality instructional materials to be copyrighted and published for her university.
