I am serving as Deputy Director of Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) at the National Defence University (NDU), Pakistan where I assist in reviewing, monitoring, and evaluating academic programs in accordance with the policies of National HEIs' regulator, Higher Education Commission (HEC) - Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) of Pakistan. I also assist in compiling the Institutional Performance Evaluation and preparing the Yearly Progress Report (YPR). I coordinate with Faculty/Management in the conduction of Self/HEC Institutional Performance Evaluation (IPE) and Post Graduate Program Review (PGPR) visits and executing Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) cycle.

I have 8+ years of diverse experience in Project Management, Academic Quality Assurance procedures & practices for ensuring and improving the Academic Quality of Higher Education. Prior to my recent appointment at National Defence University (NDU), I accomplished multiple tasks/responsibilities related to academic quality as Deputy Director - QEC at Capital University of Science and Technology (CUST), where I refined my skills in Project Management, Academic Quality Improvement, Accreditations, Rankings, Conducting Training/Workshops and Data Analysis.

I am an Executive MBA graduate of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology (SZABIST), Islamabad. I am actively seeking a Ph.D. position in Leadership & Management and Project Management/Sustainability in a reputed Institute, Internationally. Previously, I received my Master's degree in Chemistry (specialization in Materials Science) from the Lahore University of Management and Sciences (LUMS) and my B.E degree in Materials Engineering from the Institute of Advanced Materials - BZU, Pakistan.
