Lecturer/Researcher - Associate Professor Dr
Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris

I have been a dedicated lecturer, researcher, and innovator since 2002. Throughout my career, I have been honored to receive several awards for research innovation and have had the privilege of serving as a jury member and judge at various university, national, and international innovation competitions. My passion lies in enhancing teaching and learning through the integration of digital technology. My research interests encompass both biochemistry education and biochemistry. I find great joy in innovation and creative idea generation, and I strive to implement diverse teaching and learning strategies every semester. Currently, I am focused on advancing heutagogy and hybrid learning methodologies. I warmly welcome collaboration with fellow researchers in these and related fields.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology, specializing in Aquatic Biology, followed by a master's and a PhD in Biosensor Biochemistry. My academic journey began as a lecturer at a medical school, eventually leading me to an education university, where I currently thrive. At UPSI, I wear multiple hats, not only as a lecturer and researcher but also taking on various administrative roles. Since 2008, my innovative approaches to managing and monitoring learning have been adopted by the university, demonstrating my dedication to advancing educational practices. I am driven by a passion for creating fresh, impactful teaching and learning strategies. Beyond academia, I am an avid road and trail runner, hiker, and explorer, always seeking new adventures. This spirit of exploration fuels my enthusiasm for innovation in education, making each day an exciting challenge.
