Dr. Sharon Kinsey has 17 years of youth development experience as an Associate Professor in the Department of 4-H Youth Development at Rutgers University where she leads the Camden County 4-H Program. Her areas of expertise include leadership and organizational change, teen leadership, civic engagement, global education, and distance education.
