A formally-trained journalist, Stephanie entered the realm of PR when she joined BlueSky. Utilising her personal experience as a reporter, she has extensive experience in managing communications outreach for business schools and universities around the world, working with recognised names such as; HEC Paris, Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, ESMT Berlin, the London School of Economics’ Department of Management, University of Edinburgh Business School, NEOMA Business School, King’s Business School, Durham University Business School, ESCP Business School, UCL School of Management, and many more across the world.
She’s well-versed in advising and consulting on communications strategy for the graduate management education market, whether that’s for clients, in webinars, or in-person during training sessions on campus. Experienced in guiding business school professionals through all aspects of effective PR, from viral press releases to perfect pitches and getting media to attend events.
This stems from her practical journalistic background, both with a first-class degree from Russell Group institution The University of Sheffield and her qualifications from The National Council for the Training of Journalists (NCTJ), and the subsequent years spent specialising in education PR.
Stephanie has secured strategic relationships with key industry players, from accrediting bodies and ranking specialists to renowned editors and academics. She achieves visibility and maintains relationships with a breadth and depth of important publications, from dedicated trade outlets to global giants such as Forbes, WSJ, BBC, the Financial Times and The Economist.
In recent years, Stephanie has judged the Association of MBAs (AMBA) Excellence Awards, recognising some of the best initiatives in the business education sector, from MBA Student of the Year to the Business School Impact on Community and Society Award. Stephanie has become an incredibly popular blogger for the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), and has also written on business education for the Economist.
