I am currently working in Ajman University, UAE as Clinical Assistant Professor in the department of clinical dentistry, College of Dentistry. I teach Undergraduate both Theory and Clinics and focus on clinics with the post-graduate students. I have been in Academics for more than 20 years and have been involved in both clinical support and pedagogy. I am currently the chair of the Assessment and continuous improvement committee of my college. My resposnibilities apart from detailing the learning outcomes of the courses offered, also involve working in hand with the curriculum development and vetting of the courses for both undergraduate and post graduate courses
