Suruchi Shah is an Engineering Manager at LinkedIn, part of the Machine Learning Infrastructure org. With over a decade of experience in building distributed systems, she currently leads LinkedIn's LLM Serving infrastructure team which powers all of LinkedIn's GenAI features and offerings. Previously, at BloomReach, she helped design the SolrCloud Rebalance API (open sourced) to address search scaling issues.

She began her career at Bank of America, improving system integrations and workflows to enhance efficiency. Suruchi holds a Master's degree from Carnegie Mellon and a Bachelor's from Purdue, along with certifications from Harvard (for Organizational Leadership) and Stanford (Certified in Advanced Computer Security). She has also been involved in patenting work related to document structures and distributed databases.
