Dr. P. Swami Sairam is an Assistant Professor specializing in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML). Currently, he holds the Chair for the Centre for Management Research at the School of Business, Woxsen University. Dr. Sairam holds a Master's degree in Robotics Engineering (M.Tech.) and a Ph.D. in Machine Learning, with a specific focus on its applications in water treatment, obtained from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun. Prior to joining Woxsen, he served as an Assistant Professor and Research Scientist at UPES, Dehradun.

In recognition of his exceptional contributions, Dr. Sairam was honoured with "Young Scientist" award by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India in 2021. Presently, he is actively involved in a government agency funded project that focuses on the application of Machine Learning for predicting the size of Ozone micro bubbles. This project falls under the purview of the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India. Dr. Sairam's involvement highlights his commitment to cutting-edge research and his significant contributions to the field of Machine Learning.

He has has played an instrumental role in the development of several patents related to Artificial Intelligence and water treatment technologies. His active involvement and expertise have contributed to the creation and implementation of innovative solutions in these areas.

Additionally, Dr. Sairam has been associated with the Intellectual Property (IP) division at Woxsen, where he has effectively raised awareness about the importance of IP. As a result of his efforts, the University has successfully filed more than 40 Intellectual Properties during the academic year 2021-22, showcasing the institution's commitment to fostering innovation and protecting valuable ideas.
