My main fields of expertise are:
• instructional design in digital and hybrid learning environments,
• use of digital technologies to enhance learning experience and facilitate transfer of knowledge to workplace,
My current field of research is:
• Professional digital competence and digital gender gap.
Currently working on the Haz Project at Radio Televisión Española to create a new training hub for the Spanish audiovisual sector. With a learning model based on digital technologies, audiovisual content, and high levels of personalization, along with a training offer designed in collaboration with industry experts, we aim to enhance the employability of professionals and attract talent for the development of the Spanish audiovisual industry.
