Ton Quang Cuong is a superior lecturer with extensive teaching experience in teacher education, educational technology, and management skills and worked for 16 years for the Faculty of Teacher Education, University of Education, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-UEd). The university provides a new model of teacher training in Vietnam, develops research and service in educational management and leadership, and collaborates with other institutions in Vietnam and overseas. As an honor and prestige expert, Head of the Department of Learning Theories and Instruction Technology, and Dean of the Faculty he is responsible for the development of curricula, learning methodology, and technology, leadership, and management instruction at the Faculty of Teacher Education, VNU-UEd. Since February 2018 he has led the first one in the Vietnam Faculty of Educational Technology which provides new educator generation – “EduTecher” and pursues new trends in educational technology, technology, and society.
