In her current role, Ulrike is
focused on developing and implementing AI strategies for teaching and learning
across the university. Her work emphasizes the importance of understanding
student needs and leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and learning
outcomes. Previously, Ulrike has implemented VR technology for teaching at the
university, concentrating on faculty enablement and developing critical
institutional capabilities. And during the pandemic, she led the rapid
digitization of learning processes, successfully integrating new VC
technologies and hybrid classroom models to ensure seamless learning
experiences.
Ulrike is a seasoned learning strategist
and educational technology specialist with over 15 years of experience in
developing and facilitating learner-centered solutions in both corporate and
academic settings. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of educational
technologies, including artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality,
adaptive learning technologies, and learning analytics. Ulrike is known for her
ability to engage learners on multiple levels, fostering both cognitive and
emotional connections to enhance motivation and skill application.
Ulrike holds an MBA from IE Business
School (ES), a MA in European Public Relations from Leeds Beckett University
(UK), and a BA in Communications, Economics and Law from Freie Universität
Berlin (D).
