Wendy is the current EDI Lead for Aston Business School. Prior to this role she was the Head of the Marketing and Strategy Department at ABS for 6.5 years. She is a Senior Lecturer and has 30 years teaching experience, gained from various HE and FE institutions. Prior to her teaching career, Wendy completed a bachelor’s degree in business studies and spent several years within the services and not-for profit sectors working in sales and marketing roles. She gained an MSc in Marketing Management and a PhD in Management, through part time study at Aston University. Her research interests are in relationship marketing, service quality management, management of the student experience and managing students’ successful transition into Higher Education programmes.
