In my current role, I have accrued broad strategic and operational knowledge of the University and have interacted with partner universities in transacting business. I have a remarkable record of leveraging relationships for business transformation.
I have worked in Australia and across Asia for the University of Newcastle and am experienced in diverse socio-cultural contexts. I am fluent in English and proficient in Malay and Mandarin. I have a strong capability to lead and manage multiple strategic projects and solve complex problems using data-informed solutions – with evidence of transforming business capability and outcomes within timelines and budgets. I have demonstrated these characteristics while supporting executive staff and formal Committees in the development of strategy, policy and procedure.
