I am an experienced strategist and analyst within the higher education sector. In my current role, I have accrued broad strategic and operational knowledge of the University and have interacted with partner universities in transacting business. I have a remarkable record of leveraging relationships for business transformation. 

I have worked in Australia and across Asia for the University of Newcastle and am experienced in diverse socio-cultural contexts. I am fluent in English and proficient in Malay and Mandarin. I have a strong capability to lead and manage multiple strategic projects and solve complex problems using data-informed solutions – with evidence of transforming business capability and outcomes within timelines and budgets. I have demonstrated these characteristics while supporting executive staff and formal Committees in the development of strategy, policy and procedure. All of my work has improved and support academic performance, student experience, entry and exit transitions and academic processes.
