I am the Associate Dean (Students and Industry Experience) at the College of Business and Economics at the Australian National University. In this executive role, I work closely with CBE Careers and Student Employability team, students, alumni and employers to create mutually beneficial engagement opportunities to improve student employability and support their transition into workforce and career success in a global job market. Some initiatives under my portfolio include, but are not limited to, internship placements, special industry projects, professional skill development, mentoring and employer engagement events.

As an academic, I am a Professor in Project Management. I research issues related to project management process (e.g., project goal-setting, value co-creation and public-private partnership), employee well-being and performance management in project-based environments from a social-psychological perspective, and students’ employability and career adaptability.
