With over 25 years of experience in higher education (13 years as the International Office Director at Alba Graduate Business School), I am passionate about creating and fostering global connections and opportunities for students, faculty, and alumni. I have established an international network with universities and companies abroad for student exchange programs, scholarships, dual degree programs, and joint programs.

I also design and implement training field trips in Athens for incoming business schools, and organize global events in Greece and abroad, such as International Students’ Competitions, etc. Additionally, I have extensive expertise in applied research and project management of EU funded projects, as well as HR practices and consulting. I was the evaluation coordinator of the Best Workplaces Competition in Greece until 2017, and launched the Recruitment Confidence Index, the Greek labor market barometer, in 2007.
