Professor Dr. Zuraidah Abd Manaf is currently a Professor at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, leading the Division of Strategy and Performance Measurement. Her academic journey began at Universiti Teknologi MARA in 1999, where she served as a lecturer in the Faculty of Information Management and held various administrative roles such as Coordinator, Head of Program, and Deputy Dean of Academic. She also chaired the Information Science Standard Program under the Malaysia Qualification Accreditation (MQA) Agency. Her areas of expertise include Bibliometrics, Organization of Information, Digitization of Cultural Heritage Information, Preservation of Digital Cultural Heritage Information and Security and Risk Management for Digital Resources

From 2015 to 2020, Dr. Zuraidah was seconded to the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia, as the Director for Citation and Informatics Division (formerly Malaysia Citation Center). She chaired various national and ASEAN-level committees and contributed to initiatives like SETARA, MAPIM, Big Data Ministry of Education Malaysia, e-portfolio, Read@ Uni, Konsortium Subscription Pangkalan Data Electronics, Education 4th IR, Malaysia Research Star Award, and the ASEAN Citation Index.
