Dr. Rohit Kumar Pal is a distinguished educator and academic innovator specializing in Environmental Sciences and Education Leadership. Currently heading the Department of Biological and Environmental Sciences at R.I.C.E Education and School of Professional Studies, Adamas University, Kolkata, Dr. Pal’s teaching journey spans across undergraduate, postgraduate, and competitive exam domains, with a strong emphasis on pedagogical innovation and sustainability.

Dr. Pal earned his Professional Doctorate in Education Management from the European International University in Paris, France, and holds an MBA in Human Resource Management, as well as M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees in Biological Sciences. A recipient of the Excellence in Science Teaching Award at the Asian Education Conclave 2023 (Bangkok), he is a WBSET-qualified faculty member and a UGC-NET qualified researcher in Disaster Management. These tests are qualifications for eligibility to Assistant Professor/PhD at any Indian State/National level Institution/ University. 

He has served as a reviewer and editorial board member for several reputed journals including the Journal of Social Welfare & Management, IJRAR, and UJBM. His scholarly work includes over 15 research publications, and his books—on Human Resource Development and Organizational Politics—reflect his interdisciplinary proficiency.

Dr. Pal has completed 80+ global certifications in sustainable development, environmental leadership, AI in education, and instructional design from IITs, UN agencies, and Ivy League institutions. His involvement in the educational ecosystem includes reviewing scientific papers, contributing to digital learning platforms like Pedagog, delivering educational YouTube sessions, and contributing to national newspapers like Anandabazar Patrika on teacher training and exam strategy.
