Currently serving as the Head of the Department of Biological and Environmental Sciences at the School of Professional Studies, Adamas University, Kolkata, Dr. Pal blends scientific expertise with strategic leadership in higher education. Dr. Rohit Kumar Pal is a distinguished educator and academic innovator specializing in Environmental Sciences and Education Leadership. Currently heading the Department of Biological and Environmental Sciences at R.I.C.E Education and School of Professional Studies, Adamas University, Kolkata, Dr. Pal’s teaching journey spans across undergraduate, postgraduate, and competitive exam domains, with a strong emphasis on pedagogical innovation and sustainability.
Dr. Pal earned his Professional Doctorate in Education Management from the European International University in Paris, France, and holds an MBA in Human Resource Management, as well as M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees in Biological Sciences. He has served as a reviewer and editorial board member for several reputed journals including the Journal of Social Welfare & Management, IJRAR, and UJBM.
