As a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in Management and Director of
Skills and Employability at the School of Business and Management, Queen Mary
University of London, I have a strong track record of embedding employability,
experiential learning, and inclusive practice into higher education. My work
encompasses curriculum innovation, authentic assessment, and impactful industry
partnerships that support diverse student cohorts in developing professional
skills and securing graduate-level employment. I have received institutional
awards for excellence in both education and inclusion, and I actively
contribute to sector-wide dialogue through scholarship, mentoring, and
international conference engagement. It is a privilege to support the QS
Reimagine Education Awards in recognising educational innovation with global
impact.
