Gualverto Quiroz Aguirre is a university professor and innovative academic leader with more than thirty years of experience in higher education. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Education at the University of Almería (Spain) and has built a solid professional trajectory in Peru, where he has contributed to undergraduate and graduate education as well as to institutional licensing and accreditation processes aimed at quality enhancement.
His academic work focuses on university quality management, curricular innovation, and institutional transformation. His research lines include the application of artificial intelligence in higher education, public intrapreneurship, and educational sustainability. He has participated in international projects such as BID-II, APROLABII, and FORTE-PE, and has collaborated with global initiatives on educational innovation.
His purpose is to contribute to institutional strengthening, student employability, and university transformation through research, innovation, and transformational leadership with a forward-looking vision.
