Currently serving as the Global Digital Learning Lead at Cognizant, he has led initiatives that have impacted more than 160,000 learners across 26 languages, achieving multimillion-dollar savings and enhancing global learning effectiveness.

Karthik blends instructional design proficiency, strategic project management, and advanced technology integration to create impactful learning experiences. His credentials include PMP and PMI-ACP certifications, which underscore his ability to lead projects with agility and precision.

In addition to his corporate role, Karthik is committed to advancing learning and development on a global scale. He is a judge for the Brandon Hall Excellence Awards and Globee Awards, contributes as a member of the PMINJ Corporate Advisory Board, and serves as the co-lead for the PMINJ Symposium.
