Dr. Madhavi Damle is an Assistant Professor with a rich blend of industry and academic experience spanning over 30 years. She holds a B.Sc., B.Sc. Tech in Communication & Electronics Engineering, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in strategy and Innovation. She has 17 years of industry experience in Electronics Design & Development, Advanced IT, and Banking, coupled with 15 years in higher education.

Her research and teaching interests lie at the intersection of strategic management, digital transformation, and innovation. She has authored 39 research papers indexed in Scopus and Web of Science and holds one patent. Her scholarly contributions have been recognized with two Best Research Paper Awards.

Dr. Damle's expertise includes organizational development, business model transformation, financial analysis, and advanced research methodologies including EFA, CFA, SEM, and non-parametric techniques. She is an advocate for innovation in education and is committed to evaluating initiatives that improve learning outcomes, employability, and sustainability.
