With 20 years in university management, he has served as Director of the Psychology Program (Chimbote and Trujillo campuses) and Director of Postgraduate Research at Universidad César Vallejo, leading institutional accreditation and ISO certification processes for academic quality.

University professor for over two decades at undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels across prestigious public and private universities in Peru. Teaching areas include Clinical Psychology, Psychopathology, Psychological Interviewing, Psychotherapy, and Thesis Development.

He has completed academic fellowships at institutions such as Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and Universidad de Celaya (Mexico), Universidad Santo Tomás and Universidad Católica de Bogotá (Colombia), and the University of Barcelona (Spain).

Recognized as a Level III RENACYT Research Professor by CONCYTEC (Peru), with research focusing on quantitative methods, violence, and organizational development. Published in indexed journals (Scopus, Web of Science) and peer reviewer for Springer Nature (BMC Psychology) and Frontiers.

He holds a PhD in Psychology and a Master’s in University Teaching, with specialized training in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, scientific research, and academic management. He has held leadership positions in Peruvian universities, overseeing accreditation and academic quality processes.
