She is the Director of Pedagogical Design and Architecture in the Directorate of Educational Innovation and Digital Learning at Tecnológico de Monterrey. She holds a degree in Business Administration and earned Master's degrees in Business Administration and Education from Tecnológico de Monterrey. With over 25 years of experience in instructional design and educational content development, she has contributed to various projects involving the design, development, and delivery of courses in online, hybrid, and face-to-face formats for undergraduate, graduate, continuing education, and corporate training programs. She has authored several articles on the design and implementation of digital learning experiences and has participated as a speaker at various conferences and webinar-style talks on topics such as digital education, instructional design, learning assessment, and educational innovation. Additionally, she is an adjunct professor for the Educational Innovation degree program at Tecnológico de Monterrey. She has also worked as an educational consultant on various training projects in Mexico and Latin America.
