As an accomplished academician with over 23 years of experience in the field, I currently hold the position of Dean at a B-School for Women in Hyderabad. My primary role involves spearheading the establishment of this institution with a strong focus on academic excellence. This encompasses diverse responsibilities, including building and leading a dynamic team, promoting the institution and its programs, attracting and nurturing exceptional talent, fostering leadership qualities in young women, and empowering students to realize their true potential. My motto is to position SoIM as a leading B-School in the region.

One of my fundamental interests lies in research, and I remain deeply committed to engaging in meaningful research projects. I am particularly passionate about contributing to top-tier journals as a Guest Editor and Reviewer. I am proud to be an advisory member of prestigious bodies such as Elsevier and HBR.

Teaching is another significant aspect of my role, and I take great pride in teaching post-graduate students in the areas of marketing and business analytics. I possess a Graduate Certificate from Harvard University and a Ph.D. from the University of Hyderabad, which have honed my skills and expertise in these areas.

Ensuring that the institution meets and exceeds the quality standards set forth by statutory and accreditation bodies such as NBA, NAAC, AACSB, and EFMD is another critical responsibility that I undertake with utmost diligence.

I play a crucial role in designing the curriculum for the PGDM programs offered by the institution. I work closely with faculty members and industry experts to create a dynamic and cutting-edge curriculum that prepares students for the challenges of the corporate world.

Another critical responsibility I undertake is making international university and corporate collaborations that help students learn more. This involves forging partnerships with leading institutions and organizations worldwide to provide students with global exposure and opportunities for experiential learning. These collaborations have proven invaluable in helping students develop the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in today's globalized economy.
