Parveen Kumar works as the Founding Director of the Center for English Language and Communication at the American University of Technology, Tashkent (Uzbekistan). He is also the Director of the Office of Global Engagement at AUT, Tashkent. He is a 5-times National Award Winner from NCERT India and has also been on the Jury of QS Reimagine Awards 2024-25. 

Parveen Kumar works as the Founding Director of the Center for English Language and Communication at the American University of Technology, Tashkent (Uzbekistan). He is also the Director of the Office of Global Engagement at AUT, Tashkent.
Parveen is an academician with intensive experience in teaching, administration, and innovative learning. His core areas of expertise are communication skills, lifelong learning, technology-enhanced learning, business communication, intercultural communication, MOOCs, public speaking, and students' skill enhancement.
He has been on the Assessment Panels of Teach For Uzbekistan 2025.
He has won 05 NCERT National Awards for Educational Podcasting from the Government of India. He was a Grand Jury member in the QS Reimagine Awards 2024, United Nations Global Schools Advocate 2022, UN Global Schools Mentor in 2024 & 2025; member of ELTAI; Founding Member of Canadian Coaching Association, World Association of Online Education, OERu New Zealand and various other academic institutions.
He has been an acknowledged subject matter expert in NCERT teachers' trainings, content creation, and webinars. His integration of Podcasts and Blogging has been acknowledged around the world, and he has pioneered the development of the EduSoMedia Model of Learning and Skillgogy.
Parveen's educational and literary podcasts can be found on all leading platforms like Spotify, Apple Podcasts, JioSaavn, Gaana, Amazon Music, etc.
He is pursuing his PhD thesis on Ernest Hemingway and Paulo Coelho. He holds an M.Phil and M.A. in English, an M.A. in Mass Communication and a Bachelor of Education in Teaching of English.
While working in Uzbekistan, a pioneering model of learning was established using EdTech, i.e. Blogs, Podcasts, Gamification and AI. He regularly delivers talks on Uzbekistan's National TV and has been a speaker at various international events in Uzbekistan.
