Rania excels in monitoring and evaluation, system auditing, data-driven decision-making, and educational capacity building. Rania Ammari is a versatile professional with a
strong background in education and pharmaceutical research. Currently serving
as the Program Development and Quality Assurance Specialist at Amman Baptist
School, she plays a central role in planning strategic initiatives, overseeing
professional development, and leading quality assurance processes that drive
continuous school improvement. As a MEPLI Lead Convener at the Harvard Graduate
School of Education, Rania fosters collaboration and capacity building among
educators across the region, organizing impactful professional learning
experiences and contributing to global educational dialogue.
Rania holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry
from the University of Jordan, as well as advanced leadership diplomas from
Queen Rania Teacher Academy and Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she
is a MEPLI Fellow. She is currently completing an international Training of
Trainers (ToT) program to become a certified trainer.
Rania’s career spans over two decades across both education
and pharmaceutical sectors. In education, she has held roles such as Monitoring
& Evaluation Senior Officer, Science Department Coordinator, and Chemistry
Teacher. In the pharmaceutical field, she served in senior roles at ACDIMA
BioCenter and the Royal Scientific Society, where she led quality assurance
systems and research initiatives. Her expertise includes data literacy, system
auditing, policy compliance, strategic planning, coaching, and professional
development. Passionate about empowering educators and building evidence-based
systems, Rania integrates her scientific background with leadership vision to
foster growth and innovation.
