Dr. Ronnie H. Shroff, currently serving as the Principal Project Fellow at the Teaching and Learning Centre, Lingnan University, is a visionary educational leader with over 20 years of experience enhancing teaching and learning through innovative technologies and pedagogical strategies. At institutions including CityU, EdUHK, HKBU and PolyU, he has championed blended learning, outcomes-based teaching and learning (OBTL) and the strategic integration of digital tools into educational frameworks.
